TV Keepers was launched in 2002 by music industry professionals. Strong business relationships and partnerships developed over the years with leading music manufacturers, Consumer Electronic manufacturers, distributors, and music storage firms, such as Case Logic, Bush, Techcraft, Sanus, EMI Recordings, Sony, CDNow, LDE, have helped prepare us for the roll out of TV Keepers

SHIPPING:
We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or FedEx ground and various other freight companies depending on the destination and the item purchased. Please note that most items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO's.
Most products are shipped within 5-7 business days after you place your order. Shipping time varies based on which product is ordered and where in the country it is being shipped. Your purchase should arrive within one to three weeks from the time you place your order.

SALES TAX:
No sales tax will be charged for shipments to any location.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it at your expense in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded and certain restocking fees may also be assessed depending on the item and the respective manufacturers policy. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective item or are missing parts, contact service@TVKeepers.com within 5 business days of delivery for further instructions. Please keep all original packing materials and cartons available for repacking a return if that becomes necessary. We will make every effort to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Keeper Stores make every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in selecting your item. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Also images can vary on the web from how the actual item appears in your home depending on natural or artificial lighting. If precise colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail so we can further assist you.
Our staff is fully trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping record are an indication of our committment to reduce damage incidents. Pictures are requested in the event of damage.
If a replacement is declined and you would prefer to cancel your order you may do so under the following condition. Once the return is checked in at our warehouse we will issue a refund. This refund will be less a restock fee and actual shipping charges. Keep in mind we are not responsible for any damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
If you wish to return a product, you are required to e-mail service@TVKeepers.com for a RA # (return authorization number)and further instructions. Your refund will not be processed without a return authorization number.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order please call or email TVKeepers as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for roundtrip shipping charges and possible restocking fees.
